Jay has over ten years’ experience in the financial industry; previously he held the position as Senior Business Manager for LMG Finance Inc., a premier finance and insurance (F&I) outsource company, offering customized F&I solutions to hundreds of power sports, marine and RV dealerships throughout Western Canada.
